Welcome to RioBo Rentals (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website or renting equipment from us, you (“User,” “Customer,” or “Renter”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

1. Use of Website

This website is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using this website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website

2. Rental Services

RioBo Rentals provides short-term rental of technology equipment, including but not limited to Starlink systems, cameras, routers, and portable power solutions. All rentals are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Rental Period

The rental period begins at the agreed pickup or delivery time and ends at the scheduled return time. Late returns may result in additional charges at the full daily rental rate.

4. Payment & Security Deposit

Full payment and a refundable security deposit are required prior to the release of equipment. The deposit is based on the value of the equipment and is separate from the rental fee.

The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the equipment is returned, inspected, and confirmed to be in good working condition with no damage, missing items, or excessive wear. The Company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit for any damage, loss, cleaning, or misuse.

5. Condition & Inspection

Renter agrees to inspect all equipment upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 2 hours. Failure to report issues constitutes acceptance of the equipment in good working condition.

6. Use & Responsibility

Renter agrees to use all equipment properly and only for its intended purpose. Renter assumes all risk and responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.

7. Loss, Damage, or Theft

Renter is solely responsible for the full replacement cost of any equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged during the rental period, regardless of cause. Charges may exceed the security deposit if necessary.

8. Cancellations, Refunds, Rescheduling & No-Show

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the rental start time may be eligible for a refund, subject to approval.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the rental start time are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued once the rental period has begun.

Renter may request a one-time reschedule prior to the rental start time, subject to availability and approval. Failure to reschedule before the rental start time or failure to use the rescheduled booking may result in forfeiture of all payments.

Failure to pick up or accept delivery of rental equipment (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of all payments. Late pickups do not extend the rental period unless approved.

9. Performance Disclaimer

RioBo Rentals does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of any equipment or service. Performance may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather, signal obstruction, location, and third-party service providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RioBo Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or event disruption arising from the use or inability to use our equipment or website.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RioBo Rentals from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of the website or rental equipment.

12. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party providers (including internet and satellite services). RioBo Rentals is not responsible for the performance, availability, or reliability of these third-party services.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RioBo Rentals and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
